Cream Of Mushroom Soup

Last week pegi Jusco Balakong cari bahan-bahan nak try masak cream mushroom sup, tetiba teringin nak makan dan 1st time ni nak buat benda ni. biasa nye order je kat kedai dan harganya yang agak mahal. So better try buat sendiri, mana tau menjadi. So bahan-bahan yang diperlukan seperti di bawah:


2 lit Chicken Stock/ water
200ml Cooking Cream/Susu Low Fat
1 tbsp Garlic- Chiopped
80g Onion - sliced
100g Celery - peeled skin /sliced
100g Shitake Mushroom- sliced
100g Oyster Mushroom- sliced
100g Button Mushroom- sliced
80g Portion Butter (suggest anchor or fernleaf)
1 tbsp Chicken Seasoning Powder
Garam untuk merasa

Directions


1) Heat up the butter, saute chopped garlic, onion, celery and add all the mushroom, the saute till golden brown.
2) Add water or chicken stock, let it boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
3) Add cooking cream,lemon juice and keep stirring. lastly adjust seasoning with salt .
4) Remove from the stove let it warm and put in the electric blender.
5) Blend till fine then reheat again in soup pot.
6) Ready to serve with chopped parsley and serve with Garlic bread.


For the first time saya try resepi ni, alhamdulillah menjadi tapi ada sedikit masin terlebih garam kot he he, malam tu kami bertiga dinner makan roti cicah cream mushroom ni sampai kekenyangan. husband pun puji saya, kembang la sekejap, so kepada yang nak mencuba sila lah try baut sendiri baru puas hati.
